Julie Derzawiec is a Research Assistant at GBAO, where she works on survey research, literature reviews, client presentations, and focus groups. She has worked on the firm’s research for clients such as Senator John Fetterman (PA) and the National Education Association (NEA) and its state affiliates.

Julie graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a minor in statistics. Prior to joining GBAO, Julie worked as a Research Associate for the National Education Association (NEA), where she analyzed polling data and drafted survey memos.

Julie is originally from Portland, ME. In her free time, you can find her doing yoga, reading, or painting.
