Kevin Zong
Associate
Kevin Zong is an Associate at GBAO, where he works on survey research, literature reviews, client presentations, and focus groups. In 2022, Kevin worked on two victorious Senate campaigns – John Fetterman (PA) and Raphael Warnock (GA). He also worked with advocacy groups on topics ranging from COVID-19 to corporate monopolies to cleaner building standards.
Prior to joining GBAO, Kevin volunteered with the Cornell Prison Education Program (CPEP) and worked as a research assistant to several professors on topics ranging from COVID-19 to Central and Eastern European politics. He also served as a research assistant on “Invisible Ink: Media Representation of Asian American and Pacific Islanders,” a report published by the organization Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy.
Kevin lives in Washington, DC., and is a native of Charlottesville, VA, Eugene, OR, and Palo Alto, CA. He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in government and minors in law & society and Asian American studies. When he is not working, he can be found rock climbing or playing spikeball.
