Brian Grossman

Vice President

Brian Grossman is a Vice President at GBAO, where he oversees survey fieldwork, studies voter trends, analyzes survey results, and organizes focus groups. His work has covered a range of topics — campaigns, labor unions, race and identity, and issue advocacy.

Brian has extensive experience in Michigan, working with independent expenditures for Senator Elissa Slotkin’s campaign, Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s 2018 and 2022 campaigns, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s 2022 campaign, and Senator Gary Peters’ 2020 campaign.

Since 2020, Brian has also worked on one of the largest political research projects focused on Latinos for Equis Research, with the goal of creating a better understanding of the Latino electorate and its subgroups, delivering strategic insights to help elect and reelect Senator Mark Kelly in 2020 and 2022, and elect Senator Ruben Gallego in 2024.

In addition to his client work, Brian organizes the logistics of the firm's quantitative research, including the scheduling of hundreds of surveys in nearly every state in the country. In that role, Brian is responsible for managing a complex schedule of surveys throughout the year, supervising fieldwork in areas across the country, and scrutinizing data to ensure the integrity of data collection and the reliability of survey results.

Having joined GBAO as an intern while earning his bachelor’s degree in political science at American University in Washington, DC, Brian also helped develop the firm's training program and assists with training for new GBAO employees and interns.
