Nanthini Kunaseharan is the Vice President of Operations at GBAO, a versatile team player with a deep expertise in finance and operations management, human resources, and championing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. She both collaborates with leadership and helps develop staff.

With a career spanning 12 years, Nanthini has overseen budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning – aligning financial strategies with organizations’ long-term goals. Through careful management of resources and cost control, Nanthini oversees the contract and billing process ensuring accuracy and compliance, optimizing financial performance and strengthening client relationships. 

Nanthini leads Human Resources at GBAO, where she is dedicated to building a strong, motivated, and high-performing workforce. Nanthini is responsible for all HR operations, including talent acquisition, reviews, employee development, and performance management. She also spearheads DEIB initiatives across all levels of the organization, from recruiting to hiring to culture and leadership development.

Originally from Singapore and now living in Gaithersburg, MD, Nanthini graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, while also holding a bachelor’s degree in business management from Republic Polytechnic in Singapore.
